Service
Mold Testing for Tenants in Los Angeles
If you rent and you are concerned about moisture or mold in your unit, an independent assessment gives you something factual to work from. We are hired by you, we report what we observe, and we do not adjust findings for anyone.
Objective, documented findings
You receive photographs, moisture readings, the areas assessed, and any laboratory results. The report describes conditions — it does not assign legal responsibility, and it is not a substitute for legal advice.
Access and scheduling
We inspect the areas you have access to as an occupant. If a shared area, roof, or neighboring unit appears related to the condition, that is noted in the report so it can be raised with building management.
What to do first
Photograph the condition, keep written records of what you have reported to your landlord and when, and avoid disturbing suspected growth before the inspection so the assessment reflects the actual condition.
