About us
An independent mold testing company built around clear answers
Mold Testing LA inspects and tests properties throughout Los Angeles. We do not perform remediation, so our findings are never tied to selling removal work.
What we do
We assess properties where moisture or mold is a question: a musty room, a repaired leak, staining that appeared after a storm, a unit a tenant is worried about, or a property in escrow. The work combines a careful visual inspection, moisture measurement, infrared thermal imaging, and — where it adds value — air or surface samples analyzed by an independent laboratory.
How we work
We ask questions before we sample. Testing is only recommended when it will answer something you actually need to know, and results are always presented in context — what was measured, where, how it compares, and what it does and does not tell you. We avoid alarmist language and we do not make medical claims.
Who we serve
Homeowners, tenants, landlords, property managers, real estate agents, and business owners across Los Angeles and the surrounding communities — from single rooms to multi-unit buildings.

Nothing is listed here until it has been confirmed, because unverified claims are not worth the trust they borrow.
